Can I use an expired discount code?
Our discounts are typically used during promotional periods. Under normal circumstances, expired discount codes cannot be used. However, the system will automatically apply any available, active discounts for you.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can apply your discount code during checkout in the text field labeled "Gift card or discount code". If you are checking out on a mobile device, you can find this box under "Show order summary".
After entering the code, simply click the "Apply" button, and you will see the discount reflected in your order total.
- Please ensure the quantity in your shopping cart matches the availability of the offer, as codes can typically be used only once.
- Please note that, unless otherwise stated, discount codes, coupons, and promotions do not apply to already discounted/sale items.
How do I apply multiple codes?
If you have multiple discount codes, each code must be used on a separate order, as our system only allows one discount code per order. We are unable to combine multiple codes for a greater discount or better shipping rates.
What if the code doesn't work or I forgot to apply it?
If your code is not being applied or you forgot to enter it, please do not place or re-place your order yet.
- First, double-check that you have entered the code correctly.
