Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you (unless otherwise stated during promotional or holiday periods). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tags have been removed. For further discussion regarding returns, please contact our customer service team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after your return is received.
